Job Summary

To develop and execute strategic business plans, the full-time Territory Sales Specialist will engage with healthcare professionals and retail pharmacies in the Miami North area, utilizing a hybrid approach of in-person and virtual interactions to achieve sales goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to build relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector
  • Engage with physicians, nurses, and retail pharmacies through a combination of in-person and virtual meetings
  • Utilize data to enhance sales strategies and track territory-specific information using a CRM system
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals while managing a territory
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate clinical information effectively to healthcare providers
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Veeva
