Job Summary
To effectively target and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the Fort Worth area, the full-time Territory Sales Specialist will develop and execute a strategic business plan while managing hybrid relationships through in-person and virtual engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the assigned geographical area
- Engage with healthcare professionals and retail pharmacies to promote products and achieve sales goals
- Utilize CRM systems to manage territory-specific information and track performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals while managing a territory
- Strong understanding of clinical information and ability to communicate effectively with Healthcare Providers
- Experience using CRM tools, such as Veeva
