Job Summary

To develop and execute strategic business initiatives, the full-time Territory Sales Specialist will manage relationships with healthcare providers and retail pharmacies, utilizing both in-person and virtual engagement methods to achieve sales goals in Baton Rouge, LA.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the assigned territory to establish relationships with key decision-makers
  • Engage with healthcare professionals across various subspecialties and manage hybrid relationships to maximize efficiency
  • Utilize data sources to drive sales strategies and track territory-specific information through a CRM system
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals while managing a territory
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate clinical information effectively
  • Experience working with CRM tools, such as Veeva
