Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist (Pharmacy Advisor).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and education to patients regarding disease states and medication therapies
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to support adherence and optimize treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with prescribers and internal teams to evaluate therapy needs and recommend solutions

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in AZ, HI, TX, IL, FL, or PA
• 1+ year of experience in retail, long-term care, hospital, PBM, or pharmacist to patient consultation
• Experience supporting patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes preferred
• Strong knowledge of drug utilization review and pharmacy regulations
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new technologies
