Pharmacist Content Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Solutions Analyst II - RX.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze new and existing medical policies related to pharmacy claims editing
• Write business logic for new rules and enhancements, translating industry references into policy
• Provide coding and clinical expertise to support new policy rollouts and mentor new staff

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacist (BSPharm or PharmD) or off-shore Medical/Pharmacy degree (MBBS or higher)
• Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CPC-H, CCS-P, SAFe, CPhT) or willingness to obtain within one year
• 3 years of experience as a pharmacist or physician in clinical, retail, or payer settings
• 5 years of experience in research related to coding or in an internal analyst role
• 5 years of experience in rule requirement gathering and software enhancements
