Pharmacist Informatics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist Informatics Analyst (Willow Inpatient).

Key Responsibilities

• Leverages clinical and informatics skills to support the medication electronic health record and serves as a liaison for clinical informatics
• Develops informatics plans and systems to enhance evidence-based practice, medication safety, and workflow optimization
• Consults with healthcare providers and evaluates information systems to improve clinical practice and patient care quality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• 3 years of experience as a pharmacist or completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residencies in pharmacy informatics
• Must obtain and maintain annual educational requirements for EPIC certification(s) within 6 months
• Doctor of Pharmacy and board certification in area of practice preferred
