Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist Informatics Program Coordinator - Pharmacy IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and collaborate with pharmacy leadership on formulary and medication-use processes
• Lead medication safety advancements and performance improvement initiatives for pharmacy services
• Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• 5 years of experience in pharmacy information systems and clinical pharmacy workflows, or 3 years with PGY1 and PGY2 residencies
• Direct experience in training, education, or preceptor roles
• EPIC certification(s) as required by the department
