Pharmacist Licensed MEDITECH Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance medication management workflows, the part-time contract MEDITECH Expanse Order Sets Analyst will focus on implementing order sets, advising clients on medication safety best practices, and developing project documentation while working remotely for a duration of 9 months.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage clinical electronic healthcare systems with an emphasis on medication order-set design and functionality
• Advise clients on optimal medication ordering workflows and drive process improvements based on feedback
• Develop and document medication order-set specifications and support training and validation activities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare systems, particularly with MEDITECH Expanse
• Clinical credentials such as Pharmacist or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) are highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication management workflows and clinical decision support systems
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Office suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
