Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist (Specialty) to coordinate and manage pharmacy services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage pharmacy services, including medication dispensing and clinical monitoring
• Evaluate physician prescription orders for appropriateness and ensure patient safety through counseling and education
• Assist in the training of pharmacy personnel and participate in performance improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D
• 3+ years of experience in mail order, retail, or hospital pharmacy
• Current state Pharmacist license and additional licenses as required in MO, CA, TX, or FL
• Participation in on-call schedule and completion of competency assessments
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts, including some holidays
