Job Summary
To enhance clinical quality and safety initiatives, the part-time Quality and Safety Coordinator will lead operational support, data analysis, and compliance monitoring for quality management and safety programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the organization's quality management program, including metrics development, data analysis, and providing recommendations for leadership
- Evaluate and improve safety program activities by analyzing quality-related events and determining follow-up actions
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness by interpreting requirements and overseeing policy management and compliance monitoring
Required qualifications
- BS or PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy
- 3+ years of experience in specialty and/or infusion pharmacy with quality program oversight
- 1+ years of leadership experience in quality program or accreditation activities
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license (RPh) in at least one state
- Preferred: Board Certification (BPS certification) or CPHQ credential
