Job Summary

To support a growing Medical Management/Health Services team, the full-time Pharmacist Specialty - FL, TX, MO, CA, MI will ensure patients receive appropriate medications, provide counseling and education, and manage pharmacy services remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enter prescription orders accurately while conducting drug utilization reviews to resolve therapy-related concerns
• Provide patient counseling and education regarding medications and treatment plans, ensuring safety and compliance
• Coordinate pharmacy services, including supervising dispensing activities and participating in quality assurance and improvement plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D, with 3+ years of relevant pharmacy experience
• Active pharmacist license in FL, TX, MO, CA, or MI, with the ability to obtain licenses in other states as required
• Experience in mail order, retail, or hospital pharmacy settings
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical services and patient care
• Ability to participate in performance improvement projects and provide training to pharmacy staff
