Job Summary

To support a diverse healthcare team, the full-time remote Pharmacist - TX, MO, MI, FL, CA will coordinate pharmacy services, manage medication dispensing, and ensure quality assurance and clinical monitoring for patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate physician prescription orders for appropriateness and manage the dispensing process
• Provide patient counseling, education, and monitor therapy responses while documenting all communications
• Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy personnel and participate in performance improvement projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D
• 3+ years of experience in mail order, retail, or hospital pharmacy
• Current state Pharmacist license and any additional state licenses as required
• Experience in clinical interventions and patient care management
• Familiarity with pharmacy practice regulations and quality assurance processes
