Pharmacovigilance Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing case processing communications, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Coordinator will monitor and triage the PV inbox, perform data entry for clinical and post-marketing cases, and generate deliverables from the safety database while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned mailboxes, including triage of client communications and internal case processing
• Perform data entry into the safety database and conduct initial triage of regulatory authority database searches
• Screen and redact source documents for PHI in accordance with company procedures

Required qualifications

• Experience in pharmacovigilance or related field
• Proficiency in data entry and safety database management
• Understanding of regulatory authority requirements and safety management plans
• Ability to handle confidential information and perform document redaction
• Familiarity with literature-related activities in pharmacovigilance
