Pharmacovigilance Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing case processing communications, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Coordinator will triage inboxes, perform data entry for clinical and post-marketing cases, and generate deliverables from the safety database while enhancing customer service experiences in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned mailboxes, triaging client communications and internal case processing messages
• Perform data entry into the safety database, including identifiable patient and adverse event information
• Screen and redact source documents for PHI in accordance with company procedures

Required qualifications

• Post-secondary education
• Preferred one year of industry experience in pharmacovigilance or related fields
• Experience with safety databases and case processing
• Knowledge of regulatory authority database searches
• Familiarity with literature-related activities in pharmacovigilance
