Job Summary

Managing assigned mailboxes and performing data entry tasks, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Coordinator will facilitate client communications, screen documents, and support regulatory activities in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client communication and internal case processing via assigned mailboxes
  • Perform data entry into safety databases and conduct duplicate searches as needed
  • Facilitate literature-related activities and initial triage of regulatory authority database searches
Required qualifications
  • Post-secondary education
  • Preferred one year of industry experience
  • Proficient computer knowledge and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
