Pharmacovigilance Officer
Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic project team, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Officer will manage ICSR activities, optimize procedures, and act as a subject matter expert while working remotely from Rome, Italy.
Key responsibilities
- Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities to enhance team efficiency
- Manages ICSR deviations and collaborates with the ICSR Operational Lead on process improvements
- Acts as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance and supports the RA & PV Network Department as needed
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification with experience in pharmacovigilance
- 3-4 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 1 year in a line manager role
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Demonstrated technical skills relevant to pharmacovigilance processes
- Experience in managing and optimizing operational procedures and team efficiency
