Pharmacovigilance Officer
Job Summary
Providing support to project teams, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Officer will manage ICSR activities, optimize procedures, and act as the local contact person for pharmacovigilance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs for ICSR activities to enhance team efficiency
- Manages ICSR deviations and supports the ICSR Operational Lead with process changes
- Operates as the assigned team subject matter expert and supports other departments as needed
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification with experience in pharmacovigilance
- 3-4 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 1 year in a line manager role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experience with ICSR processing and quality control of cases
- Technical skills relevant to pharmacovigilance operations
