Pharmacovigilance Officer
Job Summary
Supporting a project team remotely, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Officer will manage ICSR activities, optimize procedures, and ensure compliance while acting as the subject matter expert for pharmacovigilance processes in the medical devices sector.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to project team activities and maintain project-specific KPIs for ICSR tasks
- Propose process changes to enhance team efficiency and manage ICSR deviations
- Act as the local contact person for pharmacovigilance and support cross-departmental initiatives
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate or equivalent qualification in pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare
- 3-4 years of pharmacovigilance experience, including at least 1 year in a line manager role
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience in managing project-specific KPIs and optimizing procedures
- Strong technical skills related to pharmacovigilance processes
