Pharmacovigilance Officer
Job Summary
Supporting a project team, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Officer will manage ICSR activities, optimize procedures, and act as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance, while working remotely from Prague.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for project activities and maintain project-specific KPIs for ICSR tasks
- Propose process changes and manage ICSR deviations with operational lead support
- Act as the assigned team SME and support the RA & PV Network Department as needed
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate or equivalent qualification in pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare
- 3-4 years of pharmacovigilance experience, including at least 1 year in a line manager role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experience in managing and optimizing ICSR processes
- Strong organizational and planning skills
