Pharmacovigilance Project Manager

Job Summary

Acting as the primary contact for project-related matters, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Project Manager will manage client expectations, prepare project scope and objectives, and oversee project planning and reporting in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for project-related matters and client communications
• Prepare project scope and objectives based on signed agreements and manage project activities, including deadlines and milestones
• Report project progress to clients and internal management, including preparation of monthly reports for invoicing

Required qualifications

• Proven track record in Pharmacovigilance activities, including processing and quality review of ICSRs
• Experience in PV Project Management, preferably from a service provider or CRO
• Health Care Professional or Life Science degree
• Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations
• Strong leadership qualities, including planning, mentoring, and meeting facilitation skills
