Job Summary
To support employer groups in navigating pharmacy benefit management, the remote Pharmacy Strategic Account Executive will manage client accounts, translate complex clinical data into actionable insights, and drive revenue growth through consultative relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own a book of employer group accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and accountable for outcomes
- Build and execute tailored account plans that align with each client's business goals and analyze pharmacy benefit data for actionable recommendations
- Lead client meetings and quarterly business reviews, while identifying opportunities for service expansion and monitoring PBM contract performance
Required qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, PBM consulting, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, senior-level client relationships with accountability for retention and growth
- Deep knowledge of PBM contract structures, formulary design, and cost management strategies
- Ability to present complex clinical and financial information clearly to non-technical audiences
- Comfort operating independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
