Pharmacy Advisor Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative I - Pharmacy Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to members and prescribers regarding disease states and medication refills through outbound and inbound calls
• Educate members on the program's value, assist with medication ordering, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support requests received via fax and may cross-train for other clinical services based on business needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Basic alpha-numeric data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
• Intermediate math skills are required
• High School diploma or GED
