Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Analyst to support operational and compliance functions within the pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize documentation for client meetings and pharmacy program reviews
Analyze pharmacy claims data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
Coordinate benefit design updates and manage client communication regarding pharmacy benefits

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Economics
3-5 years of experience in pharmacy benefits, PBM operations, or pharmacy consulting
Experience working with large data sets
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
Experience with HIPAA and regulatory compliance in handling PHI
