Pharmacy Analyst, 340B
Job Summary
To support the administration and oversight of 340B operations, the full-time Pharmacy Analyst, 340B will monitor program performance, maintain drug databases, analyze pharmacy purchasing data, and identify cost-saving opportunities in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with wholesalers to optimize accumulator credits and monitor 340B policy changes
- Assist in the peer auditing process to ensure program compliance and analyze pharmacy orders for potential errors
- Prepare monthly reports on savings related to the 340B program and coordinate with hospital accounting on reporting
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Access, and Word
- Experience with billing and/or pharmacy operations preferred
- Familiarity with the 340B program is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
