Job Summary

Pharmacy Analyst Manager, responsible for leading and coaching a team of Strategic Pharmacy Analysts in a full-time remote position, focusing on analytical reporting, pipeline management, and operational processes to support business development goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Strategic Pharmacy Analysts to ensure accurate reporting and effective pipeline management
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain operational alignment and support business development initiatives
• Oversee training and development plans to enhance team competencies and drive project management for new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Minimum of 5 years in a sales organization with customer-facing responsibilities
• Experience in pharmacy industry analytics
