Pharmacy Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the pharmacist voice on client calls, the full-time Managed Care Pharmacy Analytics Consultant will discuss payment integrity findings, collaborate with data science on model development, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance pharmacy strategies in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary pharmacy/clinical subject-matter expert on client calls, translating analytics into actionable insights
• Collaborate with the data science team to validate clinical logic behind pharmacy models and ensure integration of payment integrity findings into broader strategies
• Contribute to the strategic direction of pharmacy offerings while ensuring compliance with evolving healthcare regulations and payer requirements

Required Qualifications

• PharmD degree, with a Managed Care Residency preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, including client-facing roles
• 3 years of experience analyzing pharmacy claims data, particularly related to payment integrity
• Demonstrated understanding of PBM operations, claims adjudication, and pricing/rebate administration
• Ability to engage with analytics teams and communicate complex findings to diverse audiences
