Pharmacy Analytics Director

Job Summary

Leading pharmacy pricing oversight and network compliance, the remote Senior Director, Pharmacy Analytics and Strategy will manage financial modeling, develop reimbursement strategies, and optimize pricing innovations to achieve departmental goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies and financial models to enhance network performance management
• Evaluate and monitor pharmacy contracted network pricing terms while implementing dynamic pricing strategies in response to market changes
• Collaborate with internal teams to support consulting efforts and provide insights on pricing/network management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in analytics, including large data sets and MAC modeling
• Proven project management skills in cross-functional team environments
• Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python technologies
• Experience in pharmacy/client network management and reporting
