Pharmacy Analytics Director

Job Summary

Leading pharmacy product initiatives, the full-time remote Pharmacy Analytics Director will serve as a subject-matter expert on client calls, guide payment integrity discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pharmacy strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary pharmacy/clinical subject-matter expert on client calls, discussing payment integrity findings and translating analytics into actionable insights
• Partner with the data science team to shape and validate clinical logic behind pharmacy models and ensure alignment with broader PBM strategies
• Contribute to the strategic direction of pharmacy offerings, improving client PBM knowledge and analytics outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD, with a Managed Care Residency preferred
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, with client-facing or PBM-facing experience
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing pharmacy claims data, particularly related to payment integrity
• Demonstrated understanding of PBM operations, including claims adjudication and pricing/rebate terms
• Strong executive presence and ability to represent the organization independently to clients and PBMs
