Pharmacy Analytics Director

Job Summary

Leading pharmacy analytics initiatives, the full-time remote Pharmacy Analytics Director will serve as a clinical subject-matter expert on client calls, develop and validate clinical models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance pharmacy strategies and payment integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary pharmacy expert on client calls, translating payment integrity findings into actionable insights
• Partner with data science teams to shape clinical logic behind pharmacy models and ensure analytic capabilities align with operational needs
• Contribute to the strategic direction of pharmacy offerings, collaborating with various teams to implement effective strategies

Required Qualifications

• PharmD required; Managed Care Residency preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management with client-facing experience
• 3 years of experience analyzing pharmacy claims data, particularly payment integrity issues
• Demonstrated understanding of PBM operations and contract terms
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences
