Pharmacy Analytics Director

Job Summary

Leading pharmacy product initiatives, the full-time remote Pharmacy Analytics Director will serve as a clinical subject-matter expert on client calls, develop payment integrity models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance pharmacy strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary pharmacy/clinical expert on client calls, translating analytics into actionable insights
• Partner with the data science team to validate clinical logic behind pharmacy models and ensure alignment with payment integrity findings
• Contribute to the strategic direction of pharmacy offerings, collaborating with various teams to implement effective pharmacy strategies

Required Qualifications

• PharmD required; Managed Care Residency preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management with client-facing experience
• 3 years of experience analyzing pharmacy claims data, particularly regarding payment integrity
• Strong understanding of PBM operations and the ability to interpret PBM contract terms
• Proven ability to engage with analytics teams and communicate findings to diverse audiences
