Pharmacy Analytics VP
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of pharmacy analytics solutions, the full-time remote Pharmacy Analytics VP will manage pharmacy benefit performance analysis, cost and utilization opportunities, and provide actionable insights to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the pharmacy analytics strategy and delivery model aligned with client priorities
- Oversee analytics related to pharmacy claims, pricing, and formulary management
- Translate complex analyses into insights and recommendations for clients and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, pharmacy benefit management, or related fields
- Deep understanding of pharmacy benefits, claims adjudication, and utilization management
- Proficiency in analytic tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, or Tableau
- Strong leadership experience managing analytics teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, pharmacy, or a related field
