Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert assistance to customers navigating CMS and PBM audits
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax to resolve issues
  • Maintain and update internal databases with accurate audit-related information

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
  • Experience as a Pharm Tech or PBM auditor
  • Proficiency in Excel, including sorting, filtering, and VLOOKUP
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
