Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance to customers navigating CMS and PBM audits
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax to resolve issues
- Maintain and update internal databases with accurate audit-related information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
- Experience as a Pharm Tech or PBM auditor
- Proficiency in Excel, including sorting, filtering, and VLOOKUP
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
