Job Summary
Supporting the Pharmacy Department's daily operations, the full-time Pharmacy Benefit Compliance Specialist will analyze, implement, and improve processes while creating reports and collaborating with internal teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations related to pharmacy benefits and compliance
- Provide subject matter expertise for analysis and process improvement activities
- Create and maintain operational reports for business processes and special projects
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in Managed Care
- 1 year of compliance experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) systems is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
