Job Summary

Supporting the Pharmacy Department's daily operations, the full-time Pharmacy Benefit Compliance Specialist will analyze, implement, and improve processes while creating reports and collaborating with internal teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations related to pharmacy benefits and compliance
  • Provide subject matter expertise for analysis and process improvement activities
  • Create and maintain operational reports for business processes and special projects
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in Managed Care
  • 1 year of compliance experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) systems is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
