Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant - Health Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-level client relationships and develop customized strategic plans
- Lead the RFP process, including vendor selection and contract execution
- Oversee account implementation and ensure vendor compliance with service levels
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacy background with a PharmD/RPh degree and experience in Medicare
- 5-7 years of experience in PBM, specialty pharmacy, or managed care environments
- Strong clinical and financial analysis skills
- Business development experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; MBA or PharmD/RPh strongly preferred
