Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant - Health Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-level client relationships and develop customized strategic plans
  • Lead the RFP process, including vendor selection and contract execution
  • Oversee account implementation and ensure vendor compliance with service levels

Required Qualifications
  • Pharmacy background with a PharmD/RPh degree and experience in Medicare
  • 5-7 years of experience in PBM, specialty pharmacy, or managed care environments
  • Strong clinical and financial analysis skills
  • Business development experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; MBA or PharmD/RPh strongly preferred
