Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant, Health Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client-specific business strategy projects, including planning, research, execution, and delivery
- Develop and implement customized strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Lead procurement and RFP processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in PBM, pharmacy, and managed care environments
- Experience developing strategies for large client Rx and medical benefit programs
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PharmD/RPh preferred
- Strong financial analysis skills using Microsoft Excel
- Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to work independently
