Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant, Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client-specific business strategy projects, including planning, research, execution, and delivery
• Develop and implement customized strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Lead procurement and RFP processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in PBM, pharmacy, and managed care environments
• Experience developing strategies for large client Rx and medical benefit programs
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PharmD/RPh preferred
• Strong financial analysis skills using Microsoft Excel
• Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to work independently
