Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant, Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-level client relationships and develop customized strategic plans
• Lead vendor strategies including procurement, contract negotiation, and ongoing management
• Oversee the RFP process and ensure compliance with vendor requirements during implementation

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in PBM, specialty pharmacy, or managed care environments
• Pharmacy background with a bachelor's degree; MBA or PharmD/RPh preferred
• Experience in developing strategies for large client Rx and medical benefit programs
• Strong clinical and financial analysis skills
• Business development experience preferred
