Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of PBM Specialty Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on the specialty pharmacy strategy
• Lead a hybrid team and manage current specialty programs
• Develop and implement future strategic specialty programs and maintain SOPs

Required Qualifications

• PharmD degree
• 5-10 years of experience in specialty pharmacy benefit management
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, with 3 years as Director or above
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Proven success in leading large, cross-functional clinical and operational programs
