Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the onboarding and client experience by developing talent and refining processes
- Analyze departmental processes to identify improvements and implement strategies for efficiency
- Mentor and guide a team of Pharmacy Implementation Consultants to enhance their skills and performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related work experience in pharmacy operations
- 3+ years of experience with direct PBM responsibilities
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including hiring and mentoring
- Strong technical and functional awareness of Operations, Implementation, and Onboarding
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
