Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the onboarding and client experience by developing talent and refining processes
  • Analyze departmental processes to identify improvements and implement strategies for efficiency
  • Mentor and guide a team of Pharmacy Implementation Consultants to enhance their skills and performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of related work experience in pharmacy operations
  • 3+ years of experience with direct PBM responsibilities
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including hiring and mentoring
  • Strong technical and functional awareness of Operations, Implementation, and Onboarding
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
