Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives to foster development and success
  • Conduct performance evaluations and create professional development plans for team members
  • Manage client escalations and partner with leadership to create and revise policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience required
  • At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in the PBM or healthcare service industry
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interface well at all levels within a large organization and client base
