- Coach and mentor Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives to foster development and success
- Conduct performance evaluations and create professional development plans for team members
- Manage client escalations and partner with leadership to create and revise policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience required
- At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in the PBM or healthcare service industry
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to interface well at all levels within a large organization and client base
