Pharmacy Benefit Management Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Pharmacy Benefit Management Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to regulatory activities, compliance, and auditing within the pharmacy benefit management sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Pharmacy Regulatory activities and ensure timely delivery of documents for regulatory submissions
• Oversee compliance monitoring and regulatory oversight of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager, including contract compliance and delegated functions
• Conduct audits and manage pharmacy compliance incidents, ensuring appropriate responses and corrective actions are taken

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of three years of compliance and/or regulatory experience
• Three to five years of pharmacy and/or Managed Care experience
• Demonstrated understanding of compliance and regulatory fundamentals related to managed care and government programs
• Proven knowledge of internal and external compliance and audit functions
