Job Summary

Leading a team of Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives, the full-time Pharmacy Benefit Management Manager will focus on improving account retention, conducting performance evaluations, and developing professional growth plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives to enhance their development and success
• Create performance scorecards to objectively measure the effectiveness of the account management team
• Partner with leadership to develop policies and procedures for client service and improve client satisfaction and retention rates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience required
• At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in the PBM or healthcare service industry
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to interface effectively at all levels within a large organization and client base
