Job Summary

Managing and directing key projects in Pharmacy Benefit Management, the full-time salaried Project Manager will support complex strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Understand healthcare administration processes and develop detailed project requirements while managing interdependencies between business operations and technology needs
  • Prepare detailed project plans, assign roles and responsibilities, and ensure effective communication among project teams
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure quality assurance throughout all phases of the project
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management operations or support
  • Experience with PBM operations and vendor partner coordination and management
  • Experience coordinating technical discussions and implementations, including eligibility and accumulator file management
  • PMP or alternative certification preferred but not required
