Job Summary
Managing and directing key projects in Pharmacy Benefit Management, the full-time salaried Project Manager will support complex strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Understand healthcare administration processes and develop detailed project requirements while managing interdependencies between business operations and technology needs
- Prepare detailed project plans, assign roles and responsibilities, and ensure effective communication among project teams
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure quality assurance throughout all phases of the project
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management operations or support
- Experience with PBM operations and vendor partner coordination and management
- Experience coordinating technical discussions and implementations, including eligibility and accumulator file management
- PMP or alternative certification preferred but not required
