Pharmacy Benefits Advocate

Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to members, the full-time FairosRx Member Advocate will assist with pharmacy benefits inquiries, medication access challenges, and claims issues, working in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear assistance to members regarding pharmacy benefits, formulary coverage, and prior authorizations
• Support pharmacies and providers in resolving claim processing questions and assist with drug coverage information
• Document all interactions and adhere to HIPAA and internal privacy policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), healthcare, insurance, or customer service preferred
• Member-focused mindset with a passion for improving the member experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
