A company is looking for a Pharmacy Biller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with the pharmacy regarding patient demographic details and prescription orders
• Handle patient intake phone calls and email inquiries, review clinical information, and verify patient eligibility and benefits
• Process claims, post payments, and resolve any discrepancies or denials

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of healthcare experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Experience in CPT and ICD-10 coding; familiarity with medical terminology
• Certificate from an accredited medical and billing school
