Pharmacy Billing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Billing Manager to oversee billing operations in a pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in processing insurance payments and ensuring accurate billing information
• Manage the billing team to ensure appropriate billing of prescriptions prior to shipment
• Ensure completion of prior authorizations and communicate with physicians and staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current CPhT certification required
• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Working knowledge of FrameWorks and ECM preferred
• Strong pharmacy billing background, preferably in a long-term care pharmacy setting
• Ability to coach and mentor a remote billing team
