Pharmacy Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare clients in delivering improved health outcomes, the full-time remote Pharmacy Business Analyst will coordinate IT project workstreams, serve as a subject matter expert, and oversee the transformation of requirements into actionable results.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into results
• Delegate tasks and coach project team members to enhance business processes and ensure quality control

Required qualifications

• Nine or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry, including 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare
• Strong preference for candidates with pharmacy experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel features and relational database software
• Proven ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical audiences
• Experience in business process re-engineering and strong interpersonal skills
