Pharmacy Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Pharmacy Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements while supporting end-to-end delivery and system maintenance in the pharmacy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and implement system maintenance requests and develop test plans
• Document business requirements related to pharmacy and Medicaid operations, ensuring accurate workflows and process changes

Required qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Medicaid or Pharmacy
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and system configuration updates
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage work independently
• Willingness to learn and build domain knowledge in pharmacy and Medicaid systems
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams
