Pharmacy Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support healthcare improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Pharmacy Business Analyst will coordinate IT project workstreams, serve as a subject matter expert, and streamline workflows to enhance client service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to transform requirements into actionable results
- Delegate tasks and coach project team members to improve complex business processes
Required qualifications:
- Nine or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry, including three or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience
- Strong preference for candidates with pharmacy experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel features and relational database software
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements for a non-technical audience
- Experience in business process re-engineering and strong interpersonal skills
