Pharmacy Business Optimization Strategist
Job Summary
Supporting the 340B Enterprise team, the full-time Pharmacy Business Optimization Strategist will lead efforts to design and implement innovative solutions to enhance pharmacy systems and processes while advocating for customer needs and managing relationships across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains a thorough understanding of database structures and business intelligence tools to create analytical solutions for the pharmacy team
- Serves as the primary contact for data analytics and process improvement initiatives within the pharmacy team
- Performs data analysis, creates queries, and utilizes automation to ensure meaningful and accurate reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Two years of experience in pharmacy or data analytics
- Experience with relational database structures, including design and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
- Familiarity with SQL/Oracle and/or business intelligence tools
