Job Summary
Providing essential support to PACE clients, the full-time Pharmacy Call Center Support Specialist will manage telephone inquiries, document interactions, and resolve drug benefit concerns while working remotely during specified hours.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients and network pharmacies
- Document all incoming calls and resolve client drug benefit concerns effectively
- Coordinate facility discharges and ensure timely medication delivery while educating staff on pharmacy processes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus
- 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment required
- Experience in the healthcare industry or pharmacy support role is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and strong computer skills for navigating proprietary software
